What size is my filter?
First of all, get excited that you’ll never have to do this again with Refilter! We’ll save your size information and send you the same filter when you need to change it out!
To check your size, go to your HVAC unit or wall air intake where your filter is placed. If there is a filter in the unit look for a sticker or print on the side of the filter with a numerical size. Typically, there will be a “# X # X #” on the filter (for example: 16” X 25” X 1”).
Where is my air filter located?
Your best bet is to first go check your HVAC system to see if there is a slit leading into the air handling unit where your filter is located. If not, check the interior of your home for a wall or ceiling access port. The access ports look similar to vents, but are typically larger and have levers or screws that allow you to open them and access the filter.

How often are filters shipped?
As often as you’d like! You control how often you’d like to receive filters. You can have them delivered every 30, 60, or 90 days. Once you’ve subscribed, you can UPDATE YOUR FREQUENCY anytime you’d like!
How does it work?
We’re glad you asked! We ship HIGH-QUALITY air filters straight to your door, right when you need to change them! Once you select your filter type, size, and frequency, we deliver them straight to your door. We only charge you each time we ship a new filter!
How much do your filters cost?
Our filters are priced from $11.97 to $19.97 depending on the filter type. And because you’re asking the right questions, click HERE to get a 10% discount applied to your first order.
Can I order filters for multiple addresses?
Absolutely! Once you place your first order and create an account, it’s easy to add new orders and addresses! Once logged into your account, select the “Subscriptions” tab, then click “Add Filter.” This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional filters to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency, first shipment date, and address.
How do I update my filter type?
Once logged in, select the “Subscriptions” tab to view your filter subscriptions. On the far right, you can select “Swap” and change the filter type you would like to receive.
How do I update my delivery address?
Congrats! We hope you’re enjoying your new home. To change your delivery address, log in to your account, click on “Subscriptions” and click “Edit” to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address; this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
You will be taken to a page where you can modify any of the fields pictured below.
Can I skip a delivery?
Spouse or partner accidentally pick up a filter at the store? It’s OK, we know mistakes happen! Once logged in, click on “Delivery Schedule” on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click “Skip” to the right of each one.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the “Subscriptions” tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a “Cancel” button.
What carrier do you use?
We use FedEx for all of our deliveries. Fred, our local FedEx driver, smiles and says hi every time he shows up. So we’re sticking with them for now.
How do I track my shipment?
Peace of mind in a 21-digit code. We’ll email you the tracking number once the shipment is created. The shipment information may not be updated until the carrier has the package, which usually happens pretty quick – but give us a couple of business days for Fred (our awesome FedEx guy) to show up.
What if my package arrives damaged?
No bueno! If that happens, take a picture of the damaged filter and CONTACT US so we can get you a replacement filter. We care about your air being clean just as much as you do – so your replacement will go to the top of our order list until we get it sorted out!

What payment methods are accepted?
We make it as easy as possible for you to order. We accept all major U.S. credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
When am I charged?
Each order is processed and charged after an order has been placed. Each subsequent filter shipment will be preceded by an order being placed and your card being charged.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free! We want to be as transparent about price as possible and take the worry out of clean air at home!
How much is tax?
Great question! Filters are shipped from Louisville, KY, and Kentucky sales tax will be applied to each order sent to a Kentucky address. Due to the Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. in June of 2018, updated sales taxes may be applicable by law. The checkout screen will update your tax after your delivery address is entered and will be updated per the law as necessary.

How do I change my payment information?
In the “Billing Information” tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You will edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.
